Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful few days of stay at the hotel. The room was amazing in size, clean, and fresh, although it was designed for people with special needs. I enjoyed my time so much that I will definitely choose to stay at the same hotel on my next visit to Istanbul.
The hotel rooms were small and had a lingering smell of smoke during my 5-day stay, but they offered a variety of Turkish and European dishes. The service was excellent overall, with attentive reception staff, a helpful bellboy, and a reservation team keen on accuracy. The location was convenient with easy access to tram and subway stations. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel is in a perfect spot, offering spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly service. However, the lack of a shower in the room was a downside for a short stay. The price for the standard room was reasonable.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the tourist district, making it easy to explore the city's sights. The rooms, while not very spacious, were good enough for two people, but I had to move rooms due to a window issue that let in cold air and street noise. The service was exceptional, with the staff, especially Mr Serdem and Miss Agelya, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to tram and subway stations, and there's a small store right in front of the hotel. The dining options were limited, but the service staff, including Mr Serdem, Cockun, and Ali, made our stay memorable. Facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel had a great centralized location close to all tourist spots and attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but fell short of expectations compared to the photos. The service, especially from ESER and SERDEM, was excellent and made our stay very pleasant. The dining experience was varied, with some dishes being very good and others being very basic.
The hotel room was on the small side with the bathroom inconveniently placed next to one of the beds, making it feel cramped and not a true triple room as advertised. However, the location was great, near main tourist attractions and restaurants. The service from the staff, especially Amir and Ali, was extremely helpful and friendly.
The hotel offers good rooms with spacious and clean accommodations, providing impressive views. The bathrooms in some rooms are well-maintained and tidy. The service is exceptional, with friendly and professional staff offering helpful assistance. The location is perfect, especially for solo female travelers, as it is central and near various transportation options. The dining experience is enjoyable with a fusion of Turkish and continental dishes. The hotel facilities are convenient and well-equipped.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms seemed like an afterthought but were decent for a one-night stay, with a small triple room available. The service was particularly commendable, especially from Manager Mariana, Mohamed, and Omer at reception, who were very friendly and helpful. The location had its drawbacks being remotely situated in old Istanbul, but it was close to various tourist spots. The dining experience was described as very basic, although there was the option of a freshly cooked omelet.
